1. You can use our online customizer to determine the basic appearance and printing details of the products.
You can also send us your requirements and related documents directly, and our designers will provide you with the initial design draft within 24 hours.
Then submit the order and other instructions to us, such as whether brand customization is required and the expected delivery time.
2. After receiving your order and requirements, our designers will make the initial design files for you and send them to you for review.
3. After you receive the first version of the design file, you can tell us any changes that need to be made, and we will modify it to your satisfaction.
Note: There is no additional charge for this part, and there is no limit on the number of times or time.
4. Our production department will make a sample based on the final design file for you to check. You can choose to check it by photo or video, or you can ask us to send the sample to you (you only need to pay the shipping cost).
5. After confirming that everything meets your requirements, we will complete the subsequent production, quality inspection and delivery.
6. After the order is issued, we will send you the tracking number of the package.
7. You don’t need to do anything, just wait for the package to arrive.

Can I mix and match sizes?

Yes, your order can be mixed and matched in any size that fits your model, provided they are of the same design and model and the minimum quantity for each size is 25 pieces.

Yes, these shirts are retail quality, and each order is made from scratch and must go through a rigorous production process. So the minimum quantity per order is 100 pieces, with up to 4 sizes mixed. All pricing tiers and minimum order requirements are based on all shirts in a production batch being the same exact model, gender, and age group.

These custom high-performance fishing shirts are manufactured using a process called “Full-width Dye-Sublimation Cut and Sew.” This means that for each order, the entire design, including all graphics and patterns, is dye-sublimated onto premium high-performance marine fabric, then laser cut and sewn onto the final high-performance shirt. This results in a seamless textile and print that will never crack or fade, nor impede the breathability of the fabric, for a true retail quality garment!

Once you place your order, if all the graphic files meet the printing requirements, we will create a detailed mockup and production specifications and submit them to you for final printing approval. Here is a guide to production times for orders:

Order confirmation: 1-2 days
Sample production: 5-7 days
Formal order production: 7-15 days
Note: If expedited processing is required, please note the date you expect to receive the product in the order.

For any expedited orders, it is best to use the quote button and submit your project with the deadline you require. Our team will review your order and let you know if we can produce your custom shirts in the timeframe you desire. Not all expedited orders are approved as these are high-end retail quality garments that take longer to produce.

Our default shipping is by air, which usually takes only 7-15 days to ship from our country to your address. If you want to use sea shipping to save costs (shipping time is about 25-35 days), please contact us after placing the order and we will refund the difference.
