How should I choose the shipping option for my order?

Our account manager will provide you with several shipping options from which you can choose based on your order details and your requirements.

Of course! You only need to send the address of your freight forwarder and their contact information to your account manager, and we will send your order to their warehouse according to their requirements and information.

Once your order is dispatched, our account manager will provide you with tracking information and packaging photos of your parcel.

You can make this request to your account manager. In most cases, our partners can help you with customs clearance and shipping directly to your address.
Please note that by default, we do not provide this service.

In most cases, we will provide you with a tracking number and a tracking link, through which you can track your order directly.
In some special cases, the courier company cannot provide online tracking service for your order (commonly used for shipping orders). At this time, your account manager will report the shipping progress to you by email from time to time. You can also ask your account manager proactively.

Please contact us immediately and provide a true photo of the package. We will assist you in claiming compensation from the courier. If the problem is caused by us, we will also provide you with compensation.

We will try to put your order in one package. However, we may also split it according to the actual situation, such as to protect the product from damage, to comply with the policy of the transportation company, etc. However, we will communicate with you before that and provide tracking information for each package.

Please contact your account manager immediately and provide the correct delivery information. We will try our best to intercept the package for you, but we cannot guarantee 100% success and we will not be responsible for any losses caused by it.

Package Consolidation Service

One day, a long-time client approached us with a request: could we receive their orders from other suppliers and consolidate them with their purchases from us into a single shipment? This sparked an important realization—many of our clients source products from different locations within China, but shipping these orders separately led to higher costs and increased time and effort spent managing and tracking multiple packages.

To address this, we introduced our package consolidation service. Now, you can have products sourced from other suppliers in China sent to us, and we’ll merge them with your orders from DOMY into one shipment. This streamlined service helps you save on shipping costs, simplifies package management, and makes your logistics more efficient.

How does your service work?

The process is simple. If you have purchased items from other places that need to be shipped together with the order purchased from our company, you can send them to our warehouse after communicating with your account manager. We will ship them together.

Generally, the more goods you have, the cheaper the per kilogram charge will be. If you buy half a container of goods from us and half a container from another place, you can save thousands of dollars and a lot of time in customs clearance by combining them into one container.

Generally, we do not charge extra fees. However, if you have too many products or need to store them for a long time, we will charge you a nominal fee. For specific details, you can consult your account manager.

There are indeed not many restrictions on our service, but there are generally the following conditions:
1. We will only provide this service if you have an order to be sent from our company.
2. We do not accept goods that are defined as dangerous goods by customs or require special channels for transportation. For example, alcohol, chemicals, etc.
3. We do not accept packages without reservations. If you have a package that needs to be sent to our company’s warehouse, please apply with your account manager in advance.

After the parcel arrives at our warehouse, your account manager will provide you with photos of the parcel. If necessary, we may unpack their parcels and put them together with our products to save shipping costs. We will also provide you with final photos when the goods are shipped.

Yes, if you have fewer items, you can contact your account manager and ask him to check and provide photos or videos for you.
Note: Our quality inspection results do not necessarily mean that their products meet your requirements. If the goods you receive have quality defects, you still need to communicate with them to resolve them, and we are not responsible for this.
